"Treat others the way THEY would want to be treated"
In this class and one of my other communications classes we have been talking about personalities and strengths of myself and those that I work with. I have been learning the importance of understanding why someone is the way that they are so that I can more easily work with them.
One of my classmates said the golden rule should be "treat others the way they would want to be treated." I have internalized this and instead of looking at what others can change, I look at what I can do to strengthen my relationships with whoever I come into contact with.
